Training Is Already Hard. Sharing It Shouldn’t Be.
If you’ve ever tried to share a workout with someone, you know the drill.
You send a screenshot, a voice message, or a half-remembered list of exercises in WhatsApp. Somewhere between “wait, how many reps?” and “what comes after swings?” the whole thing falls apart.
I am happy to proclaim that with v1.5.0 this is a thing of the past!
You can now share any workout from the app with a single public link. Whoever receives it can use that workout immediately, with or without the app.
- No accounts.
- No explanations.
- No friction.
Just the workout.
What “Workout Sharing” Actually Means
The flow is deliberately simple: You generate a workout, tap the Share icon and send the link to your training buddy.
That link opens a clean, readable workout page on the web:
- Exercises
- Structure
- Order
- Volume
No clutter. No login. No noise.
If the person opening the link does have the app installed, he or she can tap (OPEN) on top of the page to import the workout directly into their library. If they don’t, they still get the full workout: clearly laid out and easy to follow.
Yes, Even Pro Workouts Can Be Shared
You read that right:
Workouts generated with the Pro version of the app can be shared and used by anyone.
- Free users
- Non-users
- People opening the link on the web
They all get the workout.
I know you just felt like a l33t little hacker reading that. But let me assure you: is intentional.
Good programming shouldn’t stop being useful just because someone doesn’t have the same setup you do. If you found a great posterior-chain session or a brutally effective upper-body EMOM, you should be able to pass it on as-is.
Sharing isn’t a preview. It’s the real thing.
Why This Matters (Especially If You Train Like a Normal Human)
Most people using Kettlebell EMOM Builder are like me: We aren’t influencers or competitive athletes.
We training early before the house wakes up. Squeeze in 20 minutes between meetings. We lift in garages, cellars, gardens, or hotel rooms. And when something works, we want to tell our friends about it.
This update turns a good session into something portable.
Not content. Not a program. Just a workout that survives copy-paste, group chats, and real life.
Built for Use, Not Lock-In
A quick reminder of what shared workouts are:
- Anonymous
- Read-only
- Exactly what you created. nothing more
No profiles. No tracking. No social feed.
This isn’t about building a network. It’s about reducing friction around training. If someone later decides they want to generate their own workouts, great. If not, they still trained.
And that’s the whole point.
Same Principles. Better Reach.
Nothing about the core philosophy changed in v1.5.0:
- Structured sessions built around heavy work, core stability, and a controlled finisher
- Designed for people who care about resilience, not burnout
- Built to respect time, joints, and attention span
Sharing simply makes that structure travel better.
