The Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) format is the core of our training philosophy:

  1. Every minute, a timer beeps
  2. You perform your exercise for 30-40 seconds
  3. You rest for the remainder of the minute
  4. Repeat for 15-20 minutes

That’s it. No complicated programming. No analysis paralysis. Just structured work with built-in rest.
