a) Mobile App — On-device storage only
- No personal accounts: We do not collect names, email addresses, or login details.
- No remote workout storage: Workout data is not transmitted or stored on our servers.
- On-device storage (Capacitor Preferences): We store the following information locally on your device to operate the App:
- The number of free workouts used (to determine when the paywall applies).
- Workout configuration preferences such as selected muscle groups, number of rounds, and number of exercises.
This data does not leave your device and is under your control. Clearing app data or reinstalling the App may reset this information.
b) Website — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on our website (kbemom.com) to understand how visitors use our site. This helps us improve the user experience and measure the effectiveness of our content.
What Google Analytics collects:
- Page views and navigation: Which pages you visit and how you navigate our site
- Referral sources: How you arrived at our website (e.g., from a search engine, social media, or direct visit)
- Device and browser information: Type of device, browser, screen resolution, and operating system
